Ordered this carrier last week. Fei was excellent to work with. Responded to emails very quickly and shipped my order out the same day (I received it the next day!) Have used the carrier a few times with my 20lb 9month old. Definitely feel a difference compared to the Bjorn. My back is not sore anymore! Only problem, the carrier digs in to my son's underarms...but that's because he's still too small for it. OVERALL GREAT CARRIER!
